Wetlands on Kauai
With an injury keeping me from any new dive pics, trekking across the Alakai Swamp trail we went. And while the view down into Kalalau was incredible right at sunset, the hike into the Alakai was a constant downpour on this trip out. Small and Shrimpy
With improved surface conditions we also had some improved visibility. Took the macro setup out for a spin. While not all pics turned out exceptional, the Harlequin Shrimp did their part to make the day worth the effort.
Summer South Swell Season
Conditions were far less than ideal for diving on the south side of Kauai but we made the most of it by trying to snap a few pics between the heavy surge and turbidity. Hoping that it all eases up soon for some improved diving for everyone.
